FinTech Forum - Ashgabat 2025, part of Turkmenistan Digital Forum - TDF 2025, will be held on the 12 - 13 November in Turkmenistan's capital city Ashgabat.  TDF 2025 also incorporates the national ICT conference & exhibition - TurkmenTEL.

The FinTech Forum is officially organised by the National Communications Agency of Turkmenistan, Turkmenaragatnasyk, and Dialogue Events with the support of the Central Bank of Turkmenistan and the attendance of policy makers and major financial institutions in the country.

FinTech Forum is being organised in Ashgabat in response to recent regulation changes on Virtual Assets announced in May 2025  aimed at developing attracting investment and entrepreneurship in fintech and digital services. ​

The aim of FinTech Forum is to gather decision makers from Turkmenistan and industry leaders from across the international fintech community to discuss the opportunities for business cooperation, the implementation of foundation financial technologies to digitally empower the national economy and the role of fintech in advancing the countries development.
